  4. OK, the bad habit that I need to kick:

LoL … Stop getting up late and get to work on time. Definitely need to work on that. I have a bad habit of hitting that snooze button (more than once).

And a good habit that I need to acquire:

I need to get into the habit of exercising on a regular basis (daily)and not just every now and then. Every once in a while. Or just “whenever”. LoL. Consistency is the key. Consistency.

  5. I need to kick the habit of thinking that I can still eat whatever I want just because I am working out. Granted, I have made DRASTIC changes in my diet in the past couple of years, yet…I can still do better. I bet my belly will go down even faster if I just made that one last adjustment.
