Coming off of four sold out shows the Curvy Revolution, the biggest budget plus size event , is gearing up for 2013 and taking applications for varies events.

Curvy Revolution targets growth and development of women and young girls with various initiatives to educate and inspire good health and wellness, positive body image, and alternative forms of beauty. Curvy Revolution further connects to its’ membership base by hosting interactive event experiences such as targeted focus groups, workshops, seminars, forums, and conferences throughout the year focusing on multiple aspects of a woman’s psyche. We utilize these series of events to provide our membership base with life enriching education and information

The 2013 schedule of events has not been released yet but  with title sponsorship already secured the Curvy Revolution promises to bigger and better than 2012.  If you would like to be involved follow the instructions:

Curvy Revolution is seeking state & city coordinators and volunteers in the Houston, DC, LA, Miami, Las Vegas, New York, Chicago, Philadelphia, and Atlanta areas. If you live outside those areas you can also email us to bring us to your city.

Positions are available in several departments, including: Blogging, Producing, Social Outreach, Business Development, Graphic Design, Marketing, Publicity and product development. He or she  must be extremely detail-oriented, organized, have a great attitude, and professional demeanor  to help team CURVY produce

  1. Hello Ladies I am interested in volunteering for any events near PA,NY, or DC. I do have a website but it is not filled as of yet we are in the process of meeting new models to post pictures. I have worked my own shows as well as several hair shows for the company Farouk the makers of the CHI iron. I have also worked fashion shows put on by JCP. I believe I could be a great addition to any back stage crew.

  2. Ok, I thought I commented on thistwice already but somehow my post isn’t coming up. I’d love to volunteer to et something started in the Pittsburgh, PA area. I’m wondering what the “Volunteer” job descripton entails.Ive been wanting to put together a Plus Size Fashion show in my neck of the woods for a while. My second question is, where will the convention be? I’m tryingto put my plans together ASAP.
