Just when her life couldn’t get any worse, Renee Graziano of Vh1‘s hit show “Mobwives” has checked herself into rehab. According to People magazine, she checked into Miami’s Transitions drug and alcohol center on Monday. #RumorHasIt Renee has had a past with prescription pills & alcohol abuse. The drama queen was also reported clean when she checked in.
So what did she go for if she didn’t have an uncontrollable addiction? Her rep told People:
“Her choice to enter rehab was made entirely on her own. She has made this decision for the betterment of her son A.J. Pagan‘s life, as well as to improve her physical, mental and spiritual health.”
Renee responded to CURVY and said she’s doing fine. She felt this was the best route to take in getting her life back in order. She also addressed the abuse allegations:
I have NEVER had an issue with alcohol, I’ve always been a social drinker, not abuser! And in reference to the pill issues, it has to deal with my battle with depression which I do not deny. I went in to work on my spiritual self and learn how to deal with a couple of the girls in a better fashion!”
Glad we got that story straight, the mob reality Queen has been through a lot these past years. Season 2 of Mobwives showed the 41-year old ex-husband and father of their teenage son, Hector Pegan Jr, becoming an FBI informant & her father Anthony “TG” Graziano becoming the victim from it. It also showed her dealing with her plastic surgery gone wrong.
Renee has received much support via twitter from co-stars Karen Gravano & Ramona Rizzo. Other reality stars of her VH1 family, such as Shaunie O’Neal of the hit show “Basketball Wives” reached out to Graziano and sent support. It’s reported that she will do 30 days in the facility.
Rumor also has it that Renee has brought the camera’s along for the ride. Renee sure knows how to bring the drama and viewers! Last season pulled in over 1 million mob fans and season 3 is said to be the “best one yet”. Mobwives season 3 premiere’s in January of 2013.
Get well and good luck!
