Project which stands for Cloth me/ Love me/ Feed Me; a Health & Beauty Pamper Day for full figured/curvy (size 14 & larger) women and girls living in homeless and domestic violence shelters to promote holiday cheer.

On Friday, December 16, 2011, 3pm –7pm at the Don Bosco Hall Community Resource Center, 19321 West Chicago Street, (at Westwood) Detroit, 48227, 30 full figured/curvy women and girls will be pampered with facials, manicures, chair massages a healthy meal, hustle lessons, a gift bag and gently used, clean clothes to bring them holiday cheer.

“We want the ladies to know that we have compassion for their circumstance and are here to support, during this holiday season and we know that help centers for women rarely get clothes donated for full figured/curvy women”, says Sharon DuMas-Pugh, founder of Full & Fabulous International. The participants will select from gently used clean clothes donated by Full & Fabulous women from the Metropolitan Detroit community. Last year forty-five women and girls were serviced.

Donations are still needed: Gently Used, Clean women and girls clothes, (coats, dresses, pants, socks, sweaters, bras) size 14 – and larger, shoes size 8 – 13, items for the gift bags and food to add to the healthy meal are still needed to provide holiday cheer to 30 full figured/curvy (size 14 – larger) women and girls.

Health, Beauty & Self-Esteem tips will be shared along with information on living a healthy lifestyle. The participants will select clothes from the donations and participate as models in the fashion show.
